Head Lice and Dandruff Lice are parasites that infect hairy areas of the skin, and also clothes, pillow cases and bed sheets. They regularly lay eggs called nits. Lice can carry disease and need treatment not only because of itching symptoms. Dandruff is skin flaking due to a fungus attacking dry skin.
Treatment Add two or three drops of oil of oregano to shampoo and washing machine loads. In the case of dandruff, do not over dry the scalp with shampoos and do not wash hair too infrequently.
